Acts 29 Consulting has developed policies and procedures to ensure wages and salaries are comparable to those of other employees with similar jobs at Acts 29 Consulting and in our industry. Our wage and salary policies are designed to attract and retain the best-qualified people available.

Retirement Savings Plan

  • A SIMPLE IRA Retirement Savings Plan is available to eligible employees
  • The Company also contributes a Company Match based on individual contributions
  • An additional SIMPLE IRA plan is available with a Company Match up to 3%

Performance Bonus Program

  • Annual Discretionary Bonus based upon Company profitability and personal contributions
  • Continuing Education. Reimbursement for approved Continuing Education upon completion
  • Membership Dues. Payment of membership dues for one (1) professional organization, e.g. ASHRAE or IES
  • Technology. Use of Company cell phone and laptop

Health, Medical, Prescription & Dental Insurance Benefits

Medical Insurance

  • A Group Medical Plan (PPO or HMO) from a nationally recognized plan carrier is available to all eligible employees
  • The Group Medical Plan coverage is fully subsidized by the Company for eligible enrolled employees
  • A family Group Medical Plan and/or PPO for dependents is available to all eligible employees
  • The plans provide various levels of coverage and low deductibles for in-network services
  • Preventive services are covered at 100%
  • Access to care is available through a national provider network

Dental Insurance

  • A Group Dental Plan (HMO) from a nationally recognized dental plan carrier is available to all eligible employees
  • The Group Dental Plan coverage is fully subsidized by the Company for eligible enrolled employees only
  • Group Dental Plan coverage for dependents is available to all eligible employees
  • The Dental Plan provides an annual benefit up to $5,000 for in-network services
  • The Dental Plan also provides coverage for major dental work including adult and child orthodontia
  • The Dental Plan benefit includes two dental cleanings per year, with no deductible, paid at 100%

Vision Insurance

  • A Vision Plan is available and fully subsidized by the Company
